Rude management I had a very unpleasant experience with the management. As a potential tenant, I found the assistant manager to be very rude. When I entered the office, she didn't greet me and when I asked if she was the manager, she responded rudely. I had visited the apartments several times during business hours, but the manager was never in the office, despite the posted office hours. When I inquired about the management's office hours, I was told that they take lunch breaks at different times, which didn't seem accurate... read more
VERY POOR MANAGEMENT Apartments are big and nice, but management is very POOR right now. Work orders put in does not get fixed in timely order or not at all. When you call no one ever answer the office phone. When you call the management company Intermark in South Carolina they never return phone calls. You can leave 100 messages and they will not return phone calls. Some have work orders over a year old that has yes to be fixed. They allow tenants to leave trash everywhere. With Good management this place would be very nice
PEACE OF MIND!!!! I came to Pensacola 3 years ago, it was me and my 3 year old son. We had to go to a cold night shelter, and had to stay there for about 3 weeks before the head person came to me and ask if I was interested in going to Loaves and Fishes; its another shelter, but better. One of our responsibility was to be looking for a place. For me I was looking for me and my son a "HOME". Harbour Place Apartments was my second options. Project Living Autumn Oaks used to be an ideal place to live when Miss Ann was the manager. This place is becoming a dump!
Management & neighbors can be deceiving.. Idk where to start but I've been living here 2 yrs. New mgmt took over a year ago. Since then the apt manager Carissa is not screening applicants as they should be. Drug dealers and others are making this place not the place for families. Esp at night when no one is in the office. Most Improved I have been living here for 2 1/2 yrs and I must say that I like it. The office manager is very attentive and addresses issues right away. The maintenance crew are very good at coming to fix things in a timely matter. There's little to no noise even on the weekend and that's what I like the most. I would highly recommend this community to family and friends.
Lakeshore Landing Roomy two-bedroom in close proximity to schools. Comes equipped with central heating and air and two bathrooms. Great neighborhood to live in. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Reasonable rent and wonderful landlords. You've nothing to lose by giving Lakeshore Landing a try.
