STAY AWAY - Report this business to "Better Business Bureau" to make an impact on these methods to steal your money..Overall Impression:Pros:1. The people who live here are very nice people 2. I’ve been trying to get a hold of CTL Management for weeks at 503 425 I’ve left at least 4 messages in collections but just as the time before that, a voice recorder by someone named Leslye tells me they’ll call me back and never do. If you’re opened M-F 8-4 why isn’t anyone answering? I am trying to resolve an issue from 2018!. Is there an extension or a live person I can speak with?

they Got one star because thats what there worth i never in my life lived in a place that the manangement was this Horrible Delta pointe, its scary not the apartment not the neighbor hood the people we give are hard earned money to. to live there please please please someone check into this property inside mananger and office assistant just threatening horrible they take your money you pay a late fee u pay water sew, garbage and your nothing to them if they want you out they will find a way also no deposit return when have p... read more

I live in Sir Charles court apartments Beaverton. I just moved to different floor to escape the stomping of the above tenant because the leasing office couldn't able to resole the issue. Once I moved to new apartment, they are charging me for the days even after I vacated my old apartment. I vacated on 12/15 after paying the rent amount as told by leasing office person Manny L***. He asked me to pay till only 12/15 even as per my 30 notice period I can stay till 12/17. I have given the rent check and vacated on 12/15 itself ... read more

I am moved out of a CTL Management property. I was always on time with payments and we never made a fuss about all the issues in the property being that we were only planning for a one year stay. However, we made multiple maintenance requests to fix our sliding door latch. The maintenance staff would make a repair and the door latch would act up a 1-2 days later. We lived in a downstairs unit and there was a perpetual mud patch that was disgusting. Landscapers avoided the mud patch and trash, leaves, etc. would gather in the... read more

CTL Management, Inc., is the worst property management company and I would like to address my concerns. I was illegally evicted and discriminated against because I am a victim of a violent crime. The last month that I was to be in my apartment, the CTL "office manager" was supportive and caring. She was very bubbly, and felt concern for my safety and allowed me to move out of my apartment (I said "allowed" because she didn't even know the LAW on breaking a lease early for victims.)
