Worst apartments in Union City . I feel so sad for my parents they call me and complain about the property because they DO NOT FIX ANYTHING . The unit is completely out dated and molded. They keep raising the pricing saying renovated, NOTHING IN RENOVATED. The other elderly tenants act like they have a contract for the parking lot and access to the pool area. It’s sickening. They liars about being newly renovated it’s far from the truth they won’t do any repairs but continue to raise the rent I do not recommend ‼️ #slumlords
The community is well kept, the tenants/neighbors are awful. The ones thats been here for a while, they own the parking spaces and the pool access. I gave up trying to go to the pool the monitor keep it tied up for her family and friends. Later fees only apply to certain tenants, it says not pets, there's a tenant with 2 dogs. I was told I moved a guy in that's not on my lease only to find out the person that reported it was talking about my neighbor. Heeeeeey "Fam". Eye know several people in this community. Really cool environment. People seldom move out. They have split levels and one levels. Truly, just my opinion, again, just my opinion, it's who you know. Having good references and someone to vouch for You eye believe in this case is key. Otay, Fam, eye'm out! Peace.🥰.
