Worst apartments in Union City . I feel so sad for my parents they call me and complain about the property because they DO NOT FIX ANYTHING . The unit is completely out dated and molded. They liars about being newly renovated it’s far from the truth they won’t do any repairs but continue to raise the rent I do not recommend ‼️ #slumlords
The community is well kept, the tenants/neighbors are awful. The ones thats been here for a while, they own the parking spaces and the pool access. I gave up trying to go to the pool the monitor keep it tied up for her family and friends. Later fees only apply to certain tenants, it says not pets, there's a tenant with 2 dogs. I was told I moved a guy in that's not on my lease only to find out the person that reported it was talking about my neighbor.
