This is a truly wonderful facility. The staff is so kind and really cares about the patients. Gerry, the Director is attentive to the family and knows all the patients. My brother, Bob Bersani, recently passed away at the memory care and we were so grateful for the wonderful and dignified way the staff cared for him. We are so lucky Jerry got my 97 YR old Dad at the time of the hospital release as quick as he did. Our family was at a loss at that complicated time. Jerry made it work fast and simplified it all for us. All of the staff are so friendly. My Dad needs that a lot! Excellent food and the little treats all day makes it nice for the patients. 5 Stars I can’t say enough good things about Gulf Coast Memory Care. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly understands the needs of their residents. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and feels more like a home than a care center.
