My family had a very disappointing experience with Gulf Coast Memory Care. While my father was hospitalized and awaiting discharge to memory care, the facility’s poor communication caused unnecessary delays and added stress during an already difficult situation. I was misled multiple times about what needed to happen before my father could be discharged from the hospital and admitted to their facility.
