I visited this facility a while back, I so happened walk upon one of the manager talking to a staff member real ugly. The managers are mean to they staff members, the caregivers do all they do to care for the residents. They will forever lose staff members
Hello my name is Isella jones I was hired June 9 2025 . I was suppose to return on Tuesday got a call from Ashley that something came up. For me to return Wednesday at 10 I see so much people she tells me sorry there is a lot going on an ex coworker called state on us and they will be here for 3 days. My mother has lived at Autumn Leaves for two years. She has had a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind and loving and they treat her like family. The chef is world class and provides a balanced meal for the residents. The staff hosts a lot of activities for the residents as well as for residents and family. The activities give family a chance to meet and bond with other family members. I have an access pass to the building and can come at any time to visit and check on my mother. I had a wonderful tour and visit with Tonisha on Friday. I found happy engaged Residents doing activities with a former co-worker of mine. The staff was friendly and caring to the Residents. A Family night event was held the night before. Give this location a visit, you will be glad you did!
Taking my loved one to memory care was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. The staff at Autumn Leaves has been such a blessing! They clearly care for each of the residents as if he or she is their own family member. There’s a kind of “happy energy” about the place. My loved one was not happy to go, but they helped him settle in quickly and now he tells me all the time what a great place it is!
