My Mom had to be moved from another facility in Plano to Autumn Leaves in Carrollton. The other facility couldnt care for her as she was to hard to move and transfer from bed to chair etc. The difference in care is huge. My Mom has actually gotten better since moving to Autum Leaves. The staff is very well trained. They are kind and and it is obvious they actually care and love their residents. They have no trouble moving or caring for my Mom.
