My mother has been at Grandbrook Carrollton since March. When our family joined, the staff was so welcoming and kind. They helped us get through the transition into a new memory care with ease. The caretakers and staff are hard working and take good care of my mother diligently. The memory care has an on staff nurse in house, who helps, aside the hospice nurse, with my mom's daily medical and care needs. This is a plus for us, especially because my mother has other medical needs along with dementia.
We have only been here a few months, but our experience has been wonderful. The staff is caring, compassionate, and always treats residents and families with kindness and respect. Everyone is so sweet and welcoming, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such good hands. We are very grateful for the excellent care and support they provide every day. Thank you to everyone and may God bless them abundantly.
I have been here a few times it’s a great place!
As soon as I had my tour I knew this was the perfect place for my mother and I've only grown to love it more. There is a very warm, homey atmosphere at Grand Brook. The staff are wonderful from the front office to the kitchen to maintenance. I moved my mother from a care facility in Pennsylvania to Texas and they met me there and flew back with us which gave me so much peace of mind.
