What a great place. The nursing staff and therapists are great, along with great care from Dr. Blessing. Autumn Leaves got my dad up and walking after having total knee replacement. The facility made sure he was never was in pain. The staff answered the call light usually within 3-4 minutes and made my dad feel like he was at home.

My mom originally went to the rehab/nursing area with very good success. She went from falling three times a week to no falls in the past few months. We eventually got her in the assisted living area. My mom loves the place. She made friends quickly. The staff is very attentive and respectful. We are very pleased. Martin

When I went to visit my mother the first time in this facility my first thought was she will never leave this place alive. She went in taking 3 medications and left on 13 and died within 24 hours of leaving this place. She had pneuomonia. She only got worse. One lung had partial collapsed. So many meds that they eat the lining of her stomach and had internal bleeding. As her blood pressure continued to drop down to 70 over 50 the LVN on duty told me not to worry she would be ok. Wow, I have had my Mother in several different rehab centers and nursing homes but we really found a place that is properly staffed and goes beyond the call of duty to see that Mom is taken care of and happy. The staff is so nice and willing to help. The facility looks like a hotel on the inside and the food is great. The management team is really involved with whats going on. Notably good service experience Care providers here TRULY care. Everyone takes the time to know the residents, and then provides best possible support individually.

Notably good service experience The staff seems consistently caring and attentive to the patients needs.This is one of the best convalescent centers I have experienced.
