Very accommodating staff. We arrived in town earlier than expected and they let us check in early. When we checked in, we noticed an odor issue with the bathroom coming from the vent and they very graciously allowed us to switch rooms and even discounted our first night’s stay. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself was so clean, well furnished, and perfect for our family with two kiddos. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
I have to say that I had one of the most stress free stays while staying in one of Autumn Leafs furnished apartments in Airway Heights. From the moment of inquiring about their place, booking it, the host understanding my situation and helping me by accommodating to my issues and having the best customer service I have ever received, to walking into the apartment and it being spotless clean and having everything I needed, including a washer & dryer with laundry detergent even. We came today to get a night at one of there apartments and we found that the house was so clean thanks for the house keeper who cleand the house and the oner of the house he was really nice he got everything ready for us he got us gift cards and told us to go have coffee I really appreciate there service.
Autumn leaf corporate housing was impeccably clean and well furnished. Management was Incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my various needs.
