I can’t say enough about the hospice staff. They took such good care of my husband. Knowing that they were there to support both my husband and myself, made all the difference.
Needing hospice care is not something anyone would ever choose. My mom was 200 miles away and the Autumn Hospice staff (nurses, social worker) made the horrible experience so much better, both for my mom and for me. The gave her great care, frequent visits, and constant communication with me. I can't speak highly enough of them and would definitely recommend for those needing their services.
The “team” members at Autumn Hospice are just that, a connected community of caregivers. Each RN,CNA,CSW,Chaplain and Volunteer share the commitment to care for the Patient & family members with respect & compassion . I just wanted to let everyone know that the women at Autumn hospice of norwell helped me with my mom for the last 2 years they were absolutely the most wonderful people. Due to our brother's chronic and failing health status he lived in a memory care unit. As his condition deteriorated the unit's director recommended Hospice care for him. We were very fortunate that it was Autumn Hospice. All of the staff that we met and spoke with were immensely kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive of our brother and us.
