Honestly, I love our one bedroom apartment, it was very spacious. The neighborhood may not be that great but the complex was very quite and everyone was nice. Our only complaint would be that the maintenance request were hardly fulfilled and the laundry room always had broken machines. Other than that we loved it.
Horrible place to live, it was a decent place because it was cheap but now they're raising their prices and it's not worth it at all.

Just had to sign to get a new key for the laundry room and was assured that all machines were in working order. In fact, none of the dryers work. Yay for wet laundry, again. Update: when asked about the continuing problems with the laundry room, management [at Towne and Country Apartments] said, "if you don't like it, you don't have to live there." Unbelievable slum lords.
