Thank you, Jackie and Danielle, for taking care of our Archie. We went there to get his nails cut and Archie was very difficult . Jackie and Dannielle were extremely patient with Archie and took time to explain the different procedures they were trying to clip our 75 lb Lab/Shepard mix's nails. We have been going to Autumn Green for over 12 years and this is our second dog treated by the staff at Autumn Green. The staff and services provided are outstanding. Thank you again Jackie and Dannielle.
Recently we visited family in Geneva for an extended stay when our 17-year-old cat, Mae, became critically ill and we had to make the difficult decision to have her put down. The heartfelt compassion, caring, patience, love and professionalism of the Autumn Green staff -- and especially veterinarian Dr. Lidia Komina and technician Christy -- helped us through a painful experience. We could not be more appreciative. Thank you.
