When I first check these out they were like a dream come true. Quiet, country setting, then in May the owners sold them to a company that the tenants know nothing about. When you call the managers office they are never there, there is a huge lack of communication. I would not recommend them as a place to live and once my lease is up I will be moving.
Autumn Glen is without a doubt the best apartment community in Harvard. They are quick to keep it maintained and is very well kept. Downside is that the have a snall AC unit in Living room and the bedrooms are hard to keep cool.
