I have never went through this process before, but they walked me thru it. Really just made it the less painful part about losing my mother.
Autumn took amazing care of my Dad and my Mom. Thank you for your compassion and grace.
I do not think that you did a good job at all and I would never use you again. Having family that works and the funeral business I expected more. You asked me if I wanted a lock of my daughter's hair and you should have known ahead of time that she had cancer and didn't have any hair. You did a terrible job on the fingerprints. And you have a lack of sympathy or compassion. I felt very cold and uncomfortable in your Funeral Home.
