Because I am just moving into the community, I can only state my experiences thus far. However, I will update as time goes on. Travis (office manager) was a great help. He was very professional, accessible and helpful and went out of his way to help me through the whole process. As for a first impression I am quite pleased.

I just moved from this location and I loved the unit I was in. My dealings with the manager Travis were positive. He was reliable and kept his word. The units can be pricey but the amenities are great for kids. Expect the price for the units to go up yearly. They do provide great promotions when you move in or if you are looking to buy. I didn’t have any problems living there.
I love my place and the country setting. Travis the home manager was great and very professional. Seems like he also connects with people and made it a very pleasant experience!
Getting rid of current management. The manager is dishonest. She has charged tenants their deposits to replace carpeting that is old and worn with lies that pets urinated on them, when they never had accidents in the home. The manager has been with Yes Communities a very long time because of her ruthless attitude to not return deposits. and to only concentrate on profits instead of the needs of residents safety and well being. Stop stealing tenants deposits to replace your cheap worn out carpets.
We absolutely love our home in Autumn Forest!! Kristina, Angelina and Heather went above and beyond to get us in our home. We were displaced by hurricane Florence and needed housing right away which the staff did just that. Our home is beautiful with a gorgeous lake view. we highly recommend Autumn Forest!!
I’ve been here for three years and I love it here yes they have their ups and downs we have a lot of problems with their water but outside of that I think it’s great here and I love living here
