So 2 years after getting new windows here is my honest experience with Autumn Exteriors. The windows have been great. The installation was good. They did have to come back to fix a couple issues. Calling, making a payment or getting help is difficult. They need better communication/customer service skills.
When I replaced my roof and gutters I found out the fascia was not done correctly. The previous wood is exposed and not being protected. It looks horrible. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they are not returning my calls. Also when they sided it, they made it so I could not attach a hose to my outside faucet. I had to hire a plumber to extend my faucet because they refused to fix it. I contacted them multiple times over this issue and they chose to ignore me. This company failed twice. First time the wrong product was installed. Second time the wrong product was installed, and the company and installers assured us it was the correct product.
I had siding pullinng away. Called them and they came out and fixed that problem. Now have more siding pulling away and a return vent falling off along with paint peeling off. Now waiting on them to return phone call to correct this problem.
