Finding a place that genuinely understands neurodivergence and handles identity support with real respect is so rare these days. 吝 They made the entire intake process simple and the virtual sessions have been a total lifesaver for my schedule. I love how they tailor the approach to what you actually need instead of just using some generic cookie cutter method. I absolutely recommend them to anyone struggling to find the right fit.

Finding an office that accepts Oregon Health Plan AND has openings felt like winning the lottery! I was so worried that the quality of care would be lower, but my provider is absolutely fantastic. We've been doing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to manage my severe OCD symptoms, and they explain everything in a way that actually makes sense to me. For the first time in a decade, my intrusive thoughts don't dictate my whole morning routine. I feel so much lighter and more in control of my life.

This is hands down the safest and most affirming environment I have ever been in. Navigating the healthcare system as a trans person usually involves so much unnecessary explaining and defending yourself, which is exhausting. I would suggest everyone who is seen pull their medical notes, when I did, I was very surprised to find out my counselor had been reporting the opposite of what I have been telling her. I immediately ended services and I seriously suggest everyone pull your medical record make sure it’s accurate.
