We love living here. Allison and Jessica are wonderful and helpful, and the property is lovely. Rental process was easy and living here has been easy too.
I recently completed my lease and had a positive experience overall. The management team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout my time living here. Jessica and Allison helped with any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner, and communication was always clear. You helped me with my application right after touring. You gave me peace. Was extremely happy with the rental process. Owner was more than generous and helpful. Previous tenant had let some things get beyond repair, and in turn Jessica made sure I had brand new carpet throughout, and a brand new dishwasher. Also included was fresh paint throughout.That was the first of September. Recently had a refrigerator issue, and without hesitation she assured me of a new one. Im leaving 2 stars just solely because it is a cheaper option in central Myrtle and we were desperate and they just so happened to have a spot available... However.. This was OUR experience living here.... It wont be the same for everyone.. so again, I reiterate, this was OUR experience.
