My experience at this apartment complex has been significantly impacted by the high turnover of staff and the resulting lack of operational consistency. Grounds also look great! The neighbors are very nice and friendly!
So I have been renting at Autumn Chase for about 2 years now and all I can say is this is one of the best renting experiences I have ever had. The owner actually cares about this little community and takes pride in the curb appeal as well as correcting any maintenance issues that may arise. The place is quiet and in a great location near everything you would want in Myrtle Beach. Thanks for everything.
I am always impressed with how clean and pretty the grounds are when I visit my family.
