Never had an experience as easy and smooth as this place. I had a super quick response for a maintenance request. If you want to live somewhere nice and where they care for each tenant in a timely manner, this is the place.
From viewing the apartment, signing the lease, to move-in — this was the easiest and most seamless process I’ve ever experienced. Between the amenities included like a washer/ dryer, fast cable / WiFi package, we couldn’t be more pleased with the price. Any maintenance request has always been fulfilled within hours/ days of submitting them. Shannon is such a wonderful landlord that is extremely receptive, fast, and kind.
