Applied for an apartment here and they sold my data. Not from Texas so I never get telemarketers calling from a 254 area code and this is the only place in central Texas that I've given my information to and now im receiving spam calls from this area code
Left my roof un repaired for over a month after a storm caused my ceiling to collapse. They also let my floor boards be warped and a tripping hazard. When I moved out they charged over 400 dollars to my security deposit wrongly claiming "cleaning fees" when I left the place in the same shape they left it. They painted the bath tub with some flakey paint that caused it come off after basic showering. Terrible management they do not communicate with each other. They barely fixed any issues.l and definitely not in a timely manner. The wall plugs in the living room of my apartment did not work for the majority of my times there neither did the ones in the kitchen I had to use an extension cord or plug up my appliances including my stove and refrigerator. My ac was out for 3 months in the SUMMER before I had a friend fix the mention. There was a hole in my bathroom floor for months and it was not fixed until I walked around ... read more
