Horrible Experience – Do Not Send Your Loved Ones Here! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This facility is an absolute disgrace. Management only cares about money, not the well-being of the residents. The staff is overworked, underappreciated, and forced to do jobs that were never in their job description—caregivers are expected to be servers and housekeepers on top of their actual duties.
