Duped by website images Ok, I rarely give reviews but this one deserves attention. I ordered one of the predefined selections for a 50th birthday gift for my Girlfriend. I expected a large cluster of flower for almost $60. When I arrived to pick up (just before they closed for the day) I picked up a tiny vase (3"x3.5") with maybe 10 diff assorted flowers. This was a "small" bouquet. I should have just gone to the supermarket for a bushel of flowers at 1/3 the price.
Autry's goes the extra step to make you a success! I recently had need to send a Congratulatroy arrangement to a Bend-area business and wanted commorative plaques delivered with arrangement. "No problem, send them down." And when they arrived they arrived at Autry's the glass was broken out of one of them. Again "no problem", at least for me! They cleaned it up and found replacement glass. The delivery was made on time.
Exceptional Service & Beautiful Workmanship-by Satisfied Customer Our far-flung family -- living in Okinawa, Whidbey Island, the Willamette Valley and Central California -- wanted to send "something splendid" to our Mom/Grand (who lives in Bend) for her 93rd birthday. Best florist in Bend!! I called in a last minute order for my mother who was ill and Autry's worked with me and sent a wonderful arrangement that was out of this world!! My mother was so pleased and I thank the staff for taking care of me so well. Thanks for your help!
