very helpful young man working at the register helped me save a good amount of money and saved me from ordering the wrong parts and tried to help diagnose my car.
AutoZone is my favorite auto parts store in Orange because of the helpful/professional employees I meet there, who go above and beyond my expectations. On Friday afternoon (January 25), I called this store to ask about a car battery, and Tucker (not Carlson) answered the phone. He was very friendly/helpful on the phone. Great customer service good deals on auto parts
There is a girl working at the store. I went there at 7pm and she refused to serve me. She said to go to another computer, but a gentleman provided me with better customer service.
I Came to purchase coolant, The customer service was terrible.
