I had an outstanding experience with Matthew at AutoZone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find the correct parts quickly, and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed.
To start.... this is more about attitude towards the unhoused than AutoZone as a whole. The young man that originally helped me was great. I have no issues with him he was very polite and tried to be helpful. I have two gift cards that are each under $15. I have no car so they are of no use to me in the store. We needed a new battery and Jose C. went above and beyond not only installing it and taking his time when the bolt was stuck but taking old battery and getting us the best price. The manager was very nice too, it was just a very nice experience for something so seemingly tedious. Would recommend this particular star for all your new battery needs. Thank you!
