Had an exceptional experience at this autozone. I needed an engine light diagnosis and they were eager to assist. The staff are all very nice. Jimi recommended me to a mechanic that works down the road to help fix the car, and was able to get the job done cheap and fast. Would absolutely come here again.
I woke up this morning , walked outside and the world chose to smack me in the face. Of course my jump box was dead and nobody was around but once I managed to get to auto zone John not only helped me find the best solution to my problem but he offered to install it and did all of this with a very friendly attitude ,. John if you read this I’d like to thank you for your kindness, you don’t realize how well timed it was today. If you need car help these folks are great!
You better know exactly what you need. Because the old guys in there are worthless. more than just incompetency is apathy. The customer service is not existent. These guys couldn't care less and make it more obvious. How little they don't care!! Garbage. i will do everything in my power to never come back here. Hell. i used to be a frequent customer of autozone, but now I will go to advance auto parts or o'reilly's because this has been such an unpleasant experience. Thanks for nothing
