Just came from this location where I had gone to get a replacement turn signal bulb to my wife's Car. My experience with the first guy with the name tag DRE G is terrible. He was very rude and seemed to be sleepy. He kept asking me about irrelevant stuff even when I had already explained to him what I needed. He kept interrupting me by his BRO BRO - He later advised me to talk to another agent and then went behind the shelves (probably hiding). The other guy on his right was speaking to another customer. Poor customer service. The manager lady (weekday shift approximately 2:45pm) assured me the two young men she sent to install my battery, could do it. Once outside one young man unscrewed 2 bolts, from there it was a back and forth conversation between the two of; “I don’t feel comfortable, you want to try…”. Needless to say, I went to another AutoZone (Buford Hwy/Brookhaven) the next morning to have a young lady, Geraldine install the battery, solo in approximately 15min. Do better AutoZone Snellville.
Call to the store to make sure they have the part .. they say yes we got it.. I drive almost one hour.. I got here and he said however I talk to didn’t check and they don’t have the part….
THEY ACTUALLY STILL CHANGE BATTERIES HERE. Unlike the other AutoZones that tell you to change it out yourself. Also, Brandy was such a great help!
