Though this didn’t happen to me, I witnessed a very disappointing situation at this store today. A customer came in trying to return or exchange chargers that didn’t work, and she was polite the entire time and yet the staff was extremely rude and dismissive toward her. They had here standing there waiting for about 30 minutes while the manager avoided helping her, and when the lady asked for an update, the cashier responded with attitude instead of offering any solution. Worst experience. Went in and asked the guy at the time (older man with gray/white hair) if he could test my battery to see if it’s good or bad, if it’s good to have it charged he said it would be an hour. I asked to have it tested to see if it’s good or bad and he gave me a ticket and told me it would be an hour. Went back home and came in an hour.
