The lady who answered the phone was kind and helpful. Though you guys didn’t have our part she quickly asked if we wanted to order it for the next day despite us just stopping in to fix the A/C system. She felt genuinely sorry for our situation and even went above and beyond by recommending other shops that may be on our route. Thank you!
This AutoZone location really saved my 4th of July plans and my sanity. I recently had my oil changed at the dealership who did not fasten my lower engine plate correctly which came lose 150 miles from home. I was 30 miles outside of blythe and found this AutoZone. Mr. Ramos was incredibly helpful and CARED about my situation and helped look up the parts that I would have needed to correctly fix the job. Unfortunately they did not have OEM hardware so I opted to just use zip ties which didn't allow me to save my holiday plan... read more
