Horrible service and lack of workmanship store mangers pick and choose who they check out let certain people walk out with parts without paying i feel like if 1 does let all and its been goin on for years
FIRST OF ALL, I'M A DISABLED MARINE CORP VETERAN, AND AN ELDER PERSON. MY DODGE RAM 15OO PICKUP TRUCK, RIGHT FRONT WHEEL BEARING LOCKED UP WHILE PULLING INTO AUTOZONES PARKING LOT. MY WIFE AND I GOT THE JACK OUT AND COMMENCED TO JACK THE WHEEL UP, AND CHECK THE WHEEL BEARING. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN A MGR. CAME OUT AND FLATLY, RUDELY, TOLD ME I CAN'T DO THAT IN THE PARKING LOT, AND IT WOULD HAVE TO BE MOVED OFF THE PROPERTY TO WORK ON IT.
