Bought windshield wipers from auto one. Had a little trouble getting them on. Called and asked if since I bought them there they could help me. The manager said if I came in and bought fluid that they could. Really I just bought wipers And I have to buy something else for you to help me. No thanks and I won’t be back. Went down to advance auto and I didn’t even purchase them there and they were very helpful and put them on no charge. I won’t be back
Employees selling items to customers in parking lot that don’t work and refusing refunds. Auto zone says they don’t own the parking lot so not their problem….. even though said employee was working when they told a customer to look on fb marketplace and put in this certain item to find his add….. shame on you auto zone for not caring what your employees do to customers in and out of the building …
