Stopped by the store to get a part for one of my trucks. There were no employees in the front of the store. After a few minutes a employee came out and just walked past me at the counter. Assuming I must be invisible I left and went home. I looked online, found the part, and ordered it for pickup. I removed the part from my truck and took it with me to pickup the part sku #295788. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My sister bought an alternator from this location and it was faulty. The resolution that this business offered was for her to purchase another alternator from them, have it installed, then bring the original part back to get a refund. What about the TWO times she has to pay a mechanic to install them each? Their employees response, “been there done that”. Disgusting. Would never bring my business here nor recommend.
I was driving through Conway in a rain storm. My windshield wiper broke and I went to this AutoZone. A nice women came out measured my blades and replaced them while I was in the washroom. These guys are great!
