If I could give negative stars I definately would. My boyfriend came in early today and bought three items that came up to $24 and some change he decided he wanted a different paint color. So I came back to Auto Zone to do an exhange. I had the the different paint color I wanted to exchange out and instead they did a return anf charged the two items which came up to $19.98 because of this error I was deducted a point. I came here to get a new car battery and have the new battery installed in my car. The employee told me that he could not guarantee that he would change my battery because he had to help the other people in line. He told me that since they don’t charge for the battery change it wasn’t a priority. He started to change my battery then went back inside to help other customers, leaving me in the parking lot with no battery. Horrible customer service.
Disrespected several times in the store,followed out the store by a gang member looking fellow looking for a confrontation couldn't believe he followed me out the store make me nervous won't be going to that store again
The cashier lady was awesome. Recommended which brand to get and was quick on getting a couple filters I needed. Thanks
