We were in a tight spot and Jason and the crew were able to help out with a quick rental tool to get us back on the road!
Great stop in Autozone Manatee Ave location this evening. Jason was extremely helpful with putting me on to the right products to repair my vehicle. I would recommend this Autozone and Jason to anyone who need a little assistance.
Great service! I stopped in today because I needed lights for my license plate, the young man that assisted me looked it up, and came out to my car to double check. And after my purchase, he came out installed them and made sure they work. This is just great old-fashioned service that you don’t see anymore. I was really grateful for his assistance and help and truly impressed with his customer service.
I had a great experience thanks to Jason, the manager. He went above and beyond to help me find the right replacement part for my vehicle and ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars in the process. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain my options instead of trying to upsell me. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. If you need help, I highly recommend asking for Jason. Thanks again for the outstanding service!
Just wanted to share my great experience with this store. Jason (parts manager) was a huge help, very knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted me at the door, listened to all my concerns and knew exactly what I needed. If I could give him a raise myself I would. Thank you again, I will definitely be back
