The employees including manager , the young Hispanic man w beard and glasses, speak very rudely and have a seemingly discriminate attitude towards me, not sure about others. But to be sure, I purposely found a reason to ask for assistance with understanding how the core charges work, and boy was I in for a lashing of quick blunt answers as if I was impeding on their time. I do not recommend shopping at the Prescott store . Thanks
