I got the battery from autozone with one year warrenty in 1st auguest 2025 but now some issues so i wanted to change the battery then i drove from virginia to new jersey heading to new york on the way from autozone in new jersey willingboro burlington area i wanted to change the battery but they refuse to exchange and saying you exchange last year 08/01/2025 which is right but now i came back again within one year or before finishing the warrenty but they refused to do so.so i am directly with autozone what is that.its scame... read more
Went here not knowing what part I needed. The young lady was very helpful and said to talk to Eric. Eric knew my mechanic Kumar and talked to him and ordered the part I needed. Then directed me to the other store to pick it up and saved me slot of trouble .. thank you Eric for going above and beyond!!
Went today 6-28-26 for a new battery. Mike B. was the one who attended to me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thank you Mike. First impressions means a lot to me and I was impressed.
The guy that works there was not to nice had an additute with my husband
Said my order was ready and come to find out it’s not ready or even in the store didn’t even issue a refund
