I usually don't post negative reviews, but I wanted to share a frustrating experience. I ordered a part and was told it would be ready for pickup at 3 p.m. I checked at 12 p.m. and was confirmed that it should be there by 3 p.m. My stepmother went to pick it up at 5 p.m., only to be told to come back after 6 p.m. We waited until 6:30 p.m. and were finally informed that there had been a mix-up with the shipping.
