My whole experience at this AutoZone location was amazing Mr Riviera was amazing his kindness and courtesy was everything his attention to detail and his attention to my needs was amazing I would recommend this location AutoZone to everyone in the Chicagoland area I've been to plenty AutoZones around Chicago but this one to me by far is the best!! I came by to get my battery life checked and it was a bad battery Mr Riviera change the battery out for me and no more than 15 minutes Amazing
Great service, very precise and to the point (kudos to autozone).
After a long day at work I stopped for food and my car died. I decided to walk over to autozone and I was immediately greeted by Ishmael. He grabbed the diagnostic tool and walked with me to my car. It diagnosed the car as a bad battery. He immediately offered to jump my car or have me purchase a new battery and replace it. I decided to purchase the battery.
