The Auto Zone store in Salem Indiana has some new members on their satff including a new store manager, Tina. It seems like everyone there is trying their best to give the customers a high level of service. They are courteous and try hard to be helpful to the customes and with each other. I go in to get two sets of windshield wipers for the company vans and the manager with the clown lipstick on tells me the size and tells me to go pick out whatever brand I wanted so I did and went back to the counter to pay and she then says those won't work because of the brand so I said you told me to pick out whatever I wanted and she got mad because she has know clue what she was talking about and tried to tell me to leave hahaha...there are many fb post about her and that store so I called corporate and they have alread... read more

Tried to order transmission cooling lines, but was told the only way they can order them is if we pre-pay and then we have to take the lines when they come in even if they’re not the correct lines so what is the point in pre-pay when you guys have to return them Was told this was corporate policy by the manager on duty 53 of 2026 and was also told the same thing by an employee named Joe.
