DO NOT COME HERE. I needed my battery replaced, mind you it was under warranty, the guy lied stating it was my alternator saying I needed to spend $300+ for a new one and refused to replace my battery. I went to a different location to get a second opinion (baseline highly recommend) and they indeed confirmed it was my battery and NOT my alternator. The other location changed it with no hesitation. Is something wrong w management where not even one person can be semi decent w customer service. 2 times in store in last 24hr, and the 4 interactions I had with every employee seems like they are in a rush to do something else other than help. Is a secondary task being done even though everyone is sitting around and talking. Is the task of showing where an item is or doing badic cashier tasks not part of the general job description. Called to leave Kyle a late review. He was the shizz. He changed my battery and we bs the whole time. Dudes cool as hell. Whoever hired him you won’t regret it. Took him 3 times to find the right size socket but hey that’s car engineering for you. Make sure he sees this. We’re megadeth fans
