Very helpful, almost bought the wrong item and the staff made sure everything was correct. Saved me time and money
So, I will definitely rate my experience today with 5 stars. I went to get a battery for my car, the mgr took care of me and was able to find the right one for me. The gentleman that was able to put it in for me was extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately, then the car wouldn't start. He was able to test it and figure out from there what I needed to do. I appreciate how helpful they both were.
Purchased spray paint here and bought an extra can, didn’t open it or use it. Cashier asked for manager approval for the return. Female manager on shift refused the return stating “it’s AutoZone’s company policy that they cannot return spray paint”. Called New Albany location and the manager George agreed to return it with no issues because it was unopened and unused. He specifically told me to mention his name if any issues were presented. Careful when purchasing extra consumables here.
