Meisha was incredibly rude and unhelpful. After stating what I was looking to purchase, she exclaimed how I was wrong and that is not what I wanted. Super unkind and aggressive.
Mr Ray needs to retire he was not very nice or helpful ignoring questions if he is not able to retire then he does not need to work customer service he is just an Angry Bird. We are usually an AutoZone customer but with service like that we can go right across the street to O'Reilly's and get better customer service
Very helpful employees! Ray helped me. He was very kind, professional, and efficient. This is the kind of customer service experience you expect when you’re having issues with your car. I will definitely be back for any car part needs.
David the Store Manager took care of me I was looking for parts for my car and helped me find the ones that best fit my car great guy!!
I love going to this location. I can go in and its so easy to find what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and they have really good customer service. A older gentleman helped me and he was genuine, helpful and had me laughing. When I go into this Auto Zone I always see employees with a great attitude and helping customers.
