Sam tested and confirmed the Duralast battery in our 2012 Ford Expedition was bad. Sam was great, cheerfully testing and then swapping a new battery in. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 A disappointing side note is the battery died only TWO MONTHS after the three year warranty expired. 😳🙄
