We had to pull off while traveling home to Tulsa, after experiencing issues with our battery. Their teammate Justin was incredible. He came out and went above and beyond not only to make sure we got the right battery, but that we were able to get it installed before we hit the road again. I hope his management team appreciates what a great employee they have for their company.
Waited in line, was told to step aside to allow other customers to be helped then after 25 minutes got in line and was told to step aside again. They only had 2 workers when I came in with extremely long lines because they took 10-15 minutes with each customer. Ended up waiting an hour to be helped. Will not be coming back here.
I needed help and Justin came through. He is young but very helpful and knowledgeable. I for one am thankful he helped ME.
