Employees use bad tactics to ruin your business and try to discredit you.
I came in the other day to get my brake light changed, and Edgar had me in and out with a working brake light in under 10 minutes. I also really appreciated being treated with respect and not talked down to, which unfortunately isn’t always the experience at places like this. It made the visit much more comfortable. Wonderful store and great customer service—this is exactly why I keep coming back.
I want to say a big thank you to the manager Stormy for helping me at 9:30pm even though his store closed at 8pm. I stopped because he the lights were on and his team was working on a remodel job. I saw that the store said 8pm and was fixing to leave but a young man came outside to see if I was ok. I wasn’t I live out of town and needed help. He used his own personal equipment and helped get me rolling. Thank you again Stormy
