I went to buy a battery tonight for my Jeep and needed it installed. My husband was still working at his 13 hour job so he couldn’t do it. I was told that they couldn’t help me or even go outside of the building because there were only 2 workers there. I go out to leave and my Jeep is dead. I have to wait 1/2 hour for my husband to come and get me after work. As I’m waiting, I watch both of the employees go out and help other people. I bought replacement wipers and had to ask for help installing. Guy told me he wouldn’t install rear wiper because they tend to break in cold weather and I should look it up on you tube so I sat outside in cold replacing the wiper myself. I own a 2017 Hyundai so it wasn’t as if wipers were worn or hard to replace. Just needed assistance and he acted as if it were an inconvenience to come out and help.
This place sucks I had to inform the employee that yeah...you are the only people who sell Duralast batteries... As a woman, he argued with me about that until the manager came over... I will NEVER again spend any money here... My boyfriend bought my battery here just over a year ago, and they won't honor the warranty for me... I'm taking it to Franklin AutoZone this week, and hopefully they will make it right... If not, time for a BBB complaint! They suck don't waste your time or money here!
