Went to get parts for my car, asked the two guys behind the counter to come out to my car so I could get their help with what I needed, one quickly walked away and the other said no because he "wasn't mechanically knowledgeable". This is AUTO zone right? So I went to O'Reillys and not only did they come out to my car, they were happy to do it. Never going to Auto Zone again.
me and my boyfriend walk in, looking for what we need then we head up to the front where this lady, don’t even know her name was standing there we said “hello” with a smile, then she looks at us with a stank face and says “someone will be right with you” shaking her head with an attitude, and then no one proceeds to help us, safe to say we won’t be back!
