I went in to this autozone and was greeted by a girl named Marlyce. She was so kind and very helpful to me with my vehicle, going as far as getting under my car and putting these push pins on my skid plate to hold it up. I didn’t expect someone to help me that much. My family was driving to Elk Grove IL on the way to a funeral. A variety of check engine lights came on and some different noises started. I called them because our GPS said wed get there five minutes before close. They promised they would be open and help us out. The ladies were very nice to my kids who needed a bathroom break and helped us get what we needed to get on the road. Shout out to Marlyce and Skylar

Great job by Marlyce at AutoZone! She was extremely helpful and did a great job diagnosing the issue with my car. She was able to identify and ended up fixing the problem during the diagnostic test, and I really appreciate her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service—thank you, Marlyce!
