This is my local Autozone. I used to walk in back and dump my old oil myself. But now everytime in the past year I stop in to dump my old oil, they say their tank is full. And the truck's always "coming on Thursday". Same deal with store by Rogers plaza. And staff seems a bit unfriendly. Yet the store in Jenison is super friendly and dumps my old oil without issue. So even though it's a few more miles, I'll be shopping in Jenison from now on.

I love my local AutoZone. Employees are always helpful and nice. I would recommend to my family and friends
Jeff was great today! My windshield wiper blade came off the arm, along with the clip. I couldn't get it back on because it was slightly bent. Even though I hadn't purchased the blade from AutoZone, Jeff straightened it out for me, reattached the clip, and the blade at no charge. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, all while helping others who came into the store. Thank you SO much, Jeff!
