Zero stars if I could. I came in to buy wiper blades, and the staff member flat out refused to spend two minutes helping me install them. He made up an excuse that they were "only two people working" and that it was too difficult, even though the store was completely empty with not a single other customer inside! Absolutely lazy, disrespectful, and terrible service. I had to end up installing them myself in the parking lot. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else.
These days, the auto knowledge of most employees only consist of what the resource catalogs provide. The store manager, Linda, was an exception. I had difficulty locating bearings for my vehicle, and Linda identified and located the correct ones right away. Great service! Thank you Linda A!
