James 10/10 After I replaced replaced my battery I was still having a few issues. He came outside, saw I had a problem and helped figure it out. The car started right on up just like it was good as new. Thanks again Mr.James
Amazing service. I went to the store to test my battery and potentially buy a new one. I was told that my battery is getting older but is still testing as working. James even cleaned the terminals since they had a lot of acid build-up. Thank you so much James! Definitely coming here for my automotive needs.

I went there on 7/7 to have my battery tested and the two female managers were very helpful and extremely nice. I believe one of their names were Jessica. Everyone was so nice and helpful but Jessica really went out her to make sure my car was running before I left the store. She also recommended a mechanic to help with the installation of my new battery since they weren't able to switch it out. I was very overwhelmed while staying calm and Jessice reassured that everything was going to be ok. Auto Zone needs more of manager... read more
