At guard shack 8:30am , then door at 8:50am & out at 9:30 am for a 9am appt ..
Depending how busy they are , u can get unloaded pretty quick or u might wait 2 to 3 hours. I still like this place.
Second time here, these guys are super fast. Staff is friendly, lady at the gate was awesome. 5 stars!
This is a clown show. This place has no respect for the truck drivers. We are sitting 6 deep waiting to be unloaded for hours.
Been delivering here for decades, it’s always the same frustrating experience. Extremely poor management. If you have the 5-9pm delivery time, good luck! 1 pallet or 30, prepare for 3 hours minimum, so make sure your detention rate is high. It’s so poorly ran I had them call me saying that I was empty. So I hooked trailer, pull it from dock just to see the entire load still there untouched. If you are unfortunate enough to get the 5-9pm delivery I would arrive last minute right at 9.
