Bad place, Homeless drug addicts allowed to camp in the parking lot, I pulled in at 10:30 needing oil, 5 homeless drug addicts, ONE WITH A NEEDLE HANGING OUT OF HER ARM, ran up on our car as we pulled in...if your in need of emergency car care, do NOT GO HERE
Horrible service overall. The prices are too high, for example, i went to the dealer and bought the starter for 50% cheaper than autozone. Who are they trying to fool? They at less have to try to make it beliveable if they want rob us. Oh dont get me started with the custermer service, they are so disrespectful to me, i know im short but they dont have to put me out there in front off every custermer and employees. This auto zone is quite possibly the shittiest performing auto parts store I've ever had the misfortune of working with. The workers are ok but they are very understaffed. It takes hours and hours to get parts that normally other stores carry. To top it all off the unstaffed workers in the store are stressed with so many customers that they end up making people wait for the wrong parts. The prices are not competitive at all.
