Ordered a part from AutoZone online but there was some confusion with the delivery on the website. I called the McAlester, Oklahoma store which is nearest to me. Aaron at AutoZone brought the part to me in less than 5 minutes of my phone call. He was polite and professional and fast. I could not have asked for better, more courteous service.

Ethan went above and beyond for my son that ran into engine issues while driving home to Dallas . He was able to help diagnose the issue and help guide him on changing out a bad spark plug. He got him fixed up and back on his way fast! I’m forever grateful for his compassion and customer service.
